Win an iPad 2 Terms and Conditions

1. In order to be entered into the free prize draw and be in with a chance to win an Apple iPad 2 computer entrants must be signed up for the Kingsmill newsletter on www.kingsmillbread.com

2. The free prize draw is open to all residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of Allied Bakeries, its agencies or anyone professionally connected to the free prize draw.

3. No purchase necessary.

4. The free prize draw will run from 2 July – 29st July 2011

5. Only one entry per person into the free prize draw is allowed.

6. All eligible entries for the Apple iPad 2 free prize draw on the Kingsmill Website (www.kingsmillbread.com) will be entered into a random prize draw to win one of four Apple iPad 2 computers.

7. The winners of the free prize draw will be selected at random week commencing 29th July 2011.

8. Four winners will each receive one Apple iPad 2 computer.

9. We need your name and email address when entering the prize draw so that we can notify you if you are the winner. We will contact winners week commencing 29th July 2011. We will not contact you for any other reason unless you have agreed to receive further communications from us.

10. If any winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts within 28 days of the first email notification, we reserve the right to re-allocate their prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to their prize.

11. Winners will be sent their prizes by secure delivery within 28 days of receiving notification of a winning entry. We will not take any responsibility if the prize is lost or damaged during delivery.

12. There is no cash alternative.

13. In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

14. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

15. The winners’ names will be available on request by emailing consumerservices@alliedbakeries.co.uk on or after 14th September 2011.

16. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered at www.kingsmillbread.com during a submission to the Website. We try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions to service. The promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Website without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please obtain permission from the person that does.

17. The winner may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this free prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or change in your personal circumstance that may result (save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

18. Your submission implies acceptance of these rules.
