1. In order to be entered into the Spa Prize Draw and be in with a chance of receiving a coupon for a free loaf of Kingsmill Oatilicious all entrants must be signed up for the Kingsmill newsletter on www.kingsmillbread.com
2. All entries into the Spa Prize Draw on the Kingsmill Website (www.kingsmillbread.com) will be entered into a prize draw to win one of four prizes of a Spa Day for two. Please notify us at consumerservices@alliedbakeries.co.uk if you do not wish to be entered into this prize draw.
3. The first 10,000 people to enter the Spa Prize Draw will be emailed a coupon for a free loaf of Kingsmill Oatilicious.
4. The Competition is open to all residents of the UK and ROI aged 18 years or over, except employees (and their immediate families) of Allied Bakeries, its agencies, or anyone professionally connected to the prize draw.
5. Only one entry per person into the Spa break competition is allowed and only one coupon for a free loaf of Kingsmill Oatilicious per household is allowed.
6. This competition will run from 28th September 2010 to 25th October 2010.
7. No purchase necessary.
8. Four winners will be selected at random the week commencing the 1st November 2010.
9. Four winners will each receive a voucher for a Red Letter Days spa day, which will be sent out by post. Prizes will be sent to the winners within 28 days of receiving notification of a winning entry. We do not take any responsibility for prizes lost, damaged or broken in the post. Red Letter Days terms and conditions will apply, see below for details.
10. Additional expenses incurred for travel and food are not included. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
11. In the event of unavailability, we reserve the right to substitute alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. A list of winners' names will be available on request by emailing consumerservices@alliedbakeries.co.uk on or after 29th November 2010.
14. We need your name and email address when entering the Spa prize draw so that we can notify you if you are a winner. We will contact winners the week commencing 8th November 2010. We will not contact you for any other reason unless you have agreed to receive further communications from us.
15. If any winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts within 28 days of first email notification we reserve the right to re-allocate the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.
16. No responsibility can be accepted for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered at www.kingsmillbread.com during a submission to the Website. We try to ensure that the standard of the Website remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions to service. The promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the Website without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reasons beyond its control. You are responsible for all internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please obtain permission from the person that does.
17. Winners may be required to take part in any publicity resulting from this prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation and we accept no liability for any loss, damage or change in your personal circumstance that may result (save for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

1. The prize consists of a pamper day for the winner and 1 other guest.
2. The prize is offered through Red Letter Days, and will be given in the form of a voucher presentation box for the winners to be redeemed against the prize offered.
3. The spa day offer consists of a day at a Bannatyne Health Club with full access to the spa facilities, including swimming pool and heat treatments, two treatments are included and there is opportunity to book additional treatments.
