Chicken and Avocado 50/50 Wrap
Makes 1 wrap
Ingredients:
• 1 Kingsmill 50/50 wrap• 1 small chicken breast, grilled or roasted, chopped
• 2 crisp lettuce leaves
• ½ a small avocado, chopped
• 1 tomato chopped
• 1tsp low fat mayonnaise
Method:
Combine the chicken, lettuce, avocado, and tomato gently in a small bowl. Place the flat wrap on a chopping board or plate. Spread the low fat mayonnaise down the centre of the wrap, and pop the filling on the top. Gently fold in the left and right sides of the wrap, over the top of the filling, then roll from the bottom of the wrap upwards. Cut in half, and serve.
