Houmous with Carrot and Celery Sandwich
Makes 1 sandwich
Ingredients:
- 2 slices Kingsmill Crusts Away! 50/50 (or Crusts Away! White)
- 50g houmous
- 4 slices cucumber
- 5cm piece celery, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, grated
- 1 teaspoon low fat mayonnaise
Method:
Spread the houmous onto one slice of bread, place the cucumber and celery on top then sprinkle on the grated carrot. Spread the low fat mayonnaise onto the other slice of bread and place (mayonnaise side down) on to the sandwich. Cut in half and serve.
